Discord is a great platform for gamers to connect with each other and share gaming information. However, some people may not like the way Discord handles their personal information. For example, they may not want their name or contact information displayed on the main Discord screen. There are a few ways to change your Discord “About Me” information. The first way is to open up your Discord app and select the “Settings” tab. There, you can change how your name appears on the main Discord screen. You can also choose to hide your contact information from view. The second way is to use the Discord app’s “Settings” menu. On this menu, you will find a section called “Privacy & Security”. In this section, you can choose how much data Discord collects about you. You can also choose to have Discord never collect any data about you (this is the default setting). If you decide that you don’t want your personal data collected by Discord, then it’s best to stick with the first two methods mentioned above.

Discord profiles come with an “About Me” section (also called a bio) where you can add some information about yourself. Here’s how to add and edit these details from both your desktop and mobile phone.

You can also drop website links in this section. To do so, simply paste your URLs in the box, like so:

There’s also an option to include emojis in the section so you can better express your feelings. You can view the full list of emojis by clicking the emojis icon next to the “About Me” section.

With these formatting options, you can make your Discord profile a bit more attractive by stylizing it and including links to your website or social media profiles.
